Terms of service

What you're buying, what it isn't, what you agree to, and what happens when the interview moves.

Last updated 1 September 2026

In one glance

What you're buying

A practice program of up to 21 days ending one week after the interview date you set, delivered in your browser, with 5 hours of live voice with Dana — the plan itself uses about 4 h 15 m — that expires with the program. One payment, $49. You can move your interview date twice.

If the interview moves or goes wrong

A second round adds a free week. A no within 60 days rebuilds the sprint for the next date at no charge — new research, new plan, new window. Both are once per purchase, and a rebuild carries your remaining hours over rather than topping the pool back up.

What it is not

Career advice, a guarantee of a job offer, or assistance during any real interview.

Your conduct

One person per purchase; no recording Dana's voice for other uses; no attempts to use the service during a live interview.

Availability

We aim for 99% uptime; if the service is down on a sprint day, that day is extended.

The full text below is what actually applies.

These terms cover your use of Question Proof at questionproof.com. Using the site means you accept them. If you don't, don't use it.

Who we are

Question Proof is run by Avitan Shulkin, an individual sole trader in Israel.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

That means the purchase contract for a Sprint is between you and Paddle, under Paddle's Buyer Terms. These terms cover your use of the software itself.

What Question Proof is

You give us a company, a position, an interview date and a job description. You can add your resume. We research the company from public web sources. Then Dana — an AI voice interviewer — runs a live mock interview with you in your browser. Dana interrupts you when you ramble. At the end you get a scorecard: clarity, concision, structure, confidence, vocabulary, and the single biggest problem to fix.

The first session is 90 seconds, free, and needs no signup.

Dana is an AI. Not a person, not a recruiter, not a hiring manager at the company you named.

What Question Proof is not

  • It is not career advice, legal advice, or professional advice of any kind. It's practice. What you do with the feedback is your call.
  • It does not guarantee you a job, an offer, an interview, or a callback. Nobody can. We don't claim a success rate and we don't promise an outcome. If you ever see us imply otherwise, tell us and we'll fix the page.
  • It never joins your real interview. Question Proof does not listen to, sit in on, transcribe, prompt, or assist a live interview with a real employer. There is no copilot mode. There is no stealth mode. We have not built one and we are not going to.
  • The company research is AI-generated from public sources. It can be wrong, stale, or about a different company with a similar name. Check anything that matters before you repeat it in a real interview.
  • The scorecard is a coaching signal, not a measurement. It scores how you sounded in one practice session. It is not an assessment of your ability, your character, or your suitability for a job.

Your licence

While your access window is open, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Question Proof to practise for your own interviews. That's the whole licence. We keep everything else.

Acceptable use

  • One person per purchase. A Sprint is for you. Don't share the link, the account, or the hours with anyone else.
  • No reselling. Don't sell, rent, sublicense or bundle access, and don't run other people's practice sessions through your purchase.
  • Don't record Dana's voice for other uses. Your own session audio is yours (see Recordings & Data). Dana's voice and output are not raw material for a dataset, a demo, a clone, a training set, or another product.
  • Don't try to use it during a live interview. No screen sharing it into an interview, no piping a real interviewer's audio into it, no second device. If we see it, we close the account and there's no refund.
  • Nothing illegal or abusive. No scraping, no automated session farming, no reverse engineering, no probing the ephemeral key flow, no attempts to break the rate limits, no using Question Proof to harass anyone.
  • What you upload is yours to upload. Don't paste a job description or resume you have no right to share, and don't put other people's personal details in either.

Buying: what you get and how long it lasts

Prices are in US dollars and are charged by Paddle. Paddle adds VAT, GST or sales tax where it applies and shows it before you pay.

Live voice includedPrice
Sprint5 hours$49
Extra hour1 hour$12

One product, one price. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Your hour pool. Your hours are live voice time with Dana, counted by the minute while you're actually in a session. Setup, research, replays, typed drills and reading your scorecard don't burn hours. The 21-day plan itself uses about 4 hours 15 minutes, so the 5 hours is the plan plus headroom. No single session runs longer than 35 minutes. Unused hours have no cash value and can't be refunded as cash, transferred, or moved to someone else.

Your access window. It runs from purchase until seven days after the interview date you gave us. When the window closes, the remaining hours close with it. You can still see and export your past scorecards and recordings until they're deleted or you delete them.

Moving your interview date. Plans change. You can move your interview date in Settings up to twice per purchase, to any date within 60 days. Your sprint is rebuilt around the new date and your access window moves with it. One purchase covers one interview, not an open-ended subscription — if you need to move it again, email support@questionproof.com and a person will sort it out.

Second round. If you're called back for another round with the same company, say so on the Outcome screen and we add seven days to your access window. Once per purchase.

If you get a "no". Tell us on the Outcome screen within 60 days and give us your next interview date: we rebuild the sprint at no charge — new company, new job description, new research, a new day-by-day plan and a new access window. Once per purchase. Your remaining hours carry over; a rebuild doesn't top the pool back up. If you've used them all, an extra hour is $12.

Extra hours. If you run out, an extra hour is $12 through Paddle. Extra hours expire with the same window.

If the service is down

If Question Proof is unavailable for a meaningful part of a day inside your access window, that day doesn't count. We add a day. If we miss it, email support@questionproof.com and we'll add it — you don't need to prove anything.

We don't promise uptime beyond that. Question Proof depends on OpenAI's Realtime API and Cloudflare; when they're down, we're down.

Refunds

Full refund within 14 days of purchase if your first session didn't help. One line to support@questionproof.com is enough. Details in the Refund Policy.

Your data

Covered in the Privacy Policy and Recordings & Data. The short version: your recordings and transcripts are yours, only you can hear them, they're deleted 30 days after your interview date, they are never used to train AI models, and they are never shared with employers or advertisers.

Age

Question Proof is for people aged 18 and over. Don't use it if you're younger.

Ending it

You can stop any time. Delete everything in one tap in Settings, or email legal@questionproof.com.

We can suspend or close your access if you break the acceptable use rules above, if a payment is reversed, or if we're legally required to. If we close your account for a reason that isn't your fault, we refund the unused part of your purchase.

We might shut Question Proof down one day. If we do, we'll give at least 30 days' notice by email to anyone with an open access window, refund the unused part, and keep the export button working until the last day.

Changes to these terms

We'll post the new version with a new "last updated" date. If a change materially affects you and you have an open access window, we'll email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you don't like it, ask for a refund of the unused part and we'll pay it.

Liability

Question Proof is provided as it is. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate about any company, or effective for you.

We're not liable for lost job offers, lost earnings, lost opportunities, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Our total liability to you for anything connected with Question Proof is capped at the greater of (a) what you paid for Question Proof in the 12 months before the claim and (b) US$50.

None of that limits liability that can't be limited by law — including fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, and any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Israeli law, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.

That does not take away your local rights. If you're a consumer in the EU, the UK, or anywhere else with mandatory consumer protection law, you keep every protection that law gives you, including the right to bring a claim in your own country's courts. Where your local law says something different from these terms, your local law wins.

Your purchase itself is governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

If you're an EU consumer and we can't sort something out between us, the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) can help — there's a centre in every EU country, plus Norway and Iceland, and it's free. The EU's own online dispute resolution platform shut down on 20 July 2025, so there's no link to it here.
